Sun and shade, and fun and fitness are in perfect balance at the Hatfield Aquatic Center. The community water park offers facilities for all ages and all abilities; to include those with disabilities requiring lifts, special floatation, and water access wheelchairs. The zero-beach entry with water sprays on a castle with two tot slides, the lazy river and water slides, water polo, basketball & volleyball play areas, lap swimming and diving boards provide enjoyment for all interests. Swimmers and non-swimmers are offered deck space and many open grass areas. Separate adult areas are provided both in and out of the water. The Aquatic Center season runs from Memorial Day through Labor Day, with opportunities for private rental pre-season, post-season, and during the season outside of public hours. A certificate of insurance, naming Hatfield Township/Hatfield Aquatic Center as additional insured is required for most groups. The Aquatic Center is located in the community of Hatfield, Pennsylvania, not 5 minutes from Route 309, and about 10 minutes from the Lansdale exit of Route 476 NE Extension of the PA Turnpike. PRIVATE GROUP USE
The Hatfield Aquatic Center has opportunities for private group rental, to include schools, organizations, institutions and businesses, and large events and parties. There may or may not be others in attendance. Hours are available pre-season, post-season and outside of regular public hours during the season. During the season, fees are for a two-hour rental outside of regular public hours (typically Saturday or Sunday 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm). It includes the use of a party area in one of the HAC pavilions. Pre- and post-season rentals are by arrangement with Aquatic Center Management. Season Pass Holders receive a 10% discount.
Up to 100 guests $600; each ten additional guests + $60
Up to 250 guests $1250; each ten additional guests + $50
Up to 500 guests $2000; each ten additional guests + $40
Up to 1000 guests $3000; each ten additional guests + $30
$200 non-refundable deposit is due with reservation paperwork. Total number of guests should be confirmed and the remaining balance paid at least one week prior to the event. If cancellation is required due to HAC decision, event will be rescheduled or monies will be refunded. Each individual will be counted in the total numbers upon entry that day. This includes swimmers, non-swimmers and chaperones. If there are additional guests over the confirmed number, and we are able to accommodate them, payment must be made at the welcome desk on the day of the event. No refunds are given if less than the confirmed number is in attendance.
Party packages can be added to include food and/or drinks for the entire group. Or upon request, the concession stand can be open on a cash basis at prevailing prices. There is an additional fee of $35 for concession stand opening.

ULTIMATE BASH WITH A SPLASH! – All-Inclusive Party Event
Party Package for up to 12 guests includes printable party invitations, 2 hours in an exclusive decorated party area, a party host who will help with planning and activities, a gift for the guest of honor and a visit from Sharky, the HAC mascot. Plus – a slice of pizza, small drink and ice cream treat for each guest. The party area is yours for 2 hours, after that, HAC staff will take care of the clean-up. You and your guests are welcome to enjoy the rest of the facility for the remainder of the day. You are welcome to bring in a cake or cupcakes for your celebration. Chaperones, who are not season pass holders, may be added for a small fee– does not include food items. Chaperones, who are HAC season pass holders are admitted at no charge with a valid season pass. There is a $1 look-up fee for season pass holders entering without their card. The basic party package fee must be paid with reservation paperwork to hold the date. Total number attending should be confirmed (guests & chaperones) and any amount due paid at least one week prior to the event.

This opportunity is available for groups of 15 or more paying guests that want to come during regular operating hours and stay for the day. Adult/child ratios must be met upon entry. Group Admission is available beginning at noon every day except Wednesday. The $25 group reservation fee must be paid with reservation paperwork to hold the date. This is not a pavilion reservation. It only secures the discounted group admission rate. This fee is non-refundable except for closures, which prohibit entry, due to weather, safety and security. If reservations are cancelled due to HAC decision, they will be rescheduled, when possible. The discounted rate of $9.00 per guest is offered for groups. HAC season pass holders are admitted at no charge with a valid season pass. There is a $1 look-up fee for season pass holders entering without their card. Total number attending should be confirmed (HAC season pass holders & guests) and the amount due paid at least one week prior to the event. Each individual will be counted in the total numbers upon entry that day. This includes swimmers, non-swimmers and chaperones. If there are additional guests over the confirmed number, and we are able to accommodate them, payment must be made at the welcome desk on the day of the event. Adult to child ratios must be met prior to entry. This opportunity is available for groups of 15 or more individuals attending. Children must be at least age 5 to participate.
Time slots are available after 1:00 p.m. and are 2 ½ hours in duration. Reservations are available every day except Wednesday. The $25 group reservation fee must be paid with reservation paperwork to hold the date. This is not a pavilion reservation. It only secures the discounted group admission rate. This fee is non-refundable except for closures, which prohibit entry, due to weather, safety and security. If reservations are cancelled due to HAC decision, they will be rescheduled, when possible. The discounted rate of $7.50 per guest is offered for user groups. HAC season pass holders are admitted at no charge with a valid season pass. There is a $1 look-up fee for season pass holders entering without their card. Attendance must be assured at least 3 times in the season to receive the discounted rates. Counselor and camper ratios must be met prior to entry. Children must be at least age 5 to participate.
Time slots are available after 12:30 p.m. and are 2 ½ hours in duration. Recurring user group reservations are available every day except Wednesday. The $25 ‘per day attending’ group reservation fee must be paid with reservation paperwork to hold the dates. This is not a pavilion reservation. It only secures the discounted group admission rate. This fee is non-refundable except for closures, which prohibit entry, due to weather, safety and security. If reservations are cancelled due to HAC decision, they will be rescheduled, when possible. The discounted rate of $7.00 per guest is offered for recurring user groups. HAC season pass holders will be admitted at no charge with a valid season pass. There is a $1 look-up fee for season pass holders entering without their card. Total number should be confirmed (HAC season pass holders & guests) and the amount due paid at least one week prior to the event. The Hatfield Aquatic Center has opportunities for evening group use of the facilities by user groups from any community. Adult to child ratios must be met prior to entry. This opportunity is available for groups of 15 or more paying guests. This reservation is available after 5:00 pm daily. The $25 group reservation fee must be submitted with the reservation paperwork to hold your date. This is not a pavilion reservation. It only secures the discounted group admission rate. The rate of $5 per guest is offered for evening user groups. HAC season pass holders are admitted at no charge with a valid season pass. There is a $1 look-up fee for season pass holders entering without their card. Total number attending should be confirmed (HAC season pass holders & guests) and the amount due paid at least one week prior to the event. Each individual will be counted in the total numbers upon entry that day. This includes swimmers, non-swimmers and chaperones. Pavilion and shade structure reservations are available in 2-hour time blocks, typically 12:00-2:00 p.m., 2:30-4:30 p.m., 5:30-7:30 p.m. and Fridays 8:00-10:00 p.m. User Groups and individuals wishing to
reserve should refer to the fees below. A 2-hour reservation is included with Private Group Rentals and Ultimate Bash with a Splash Parties.
